Beta scope
The current build is a private beta intended for evaluation on the specified test network only. Use it with regtest values, never with real funds. Features may be incomplete, changed, or removed without notice, and access may be revoked at any time.
Eligibility
Access is invitation-based and intended for testers who understand self-custody and the risks of pre-release software. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you where you use the software.
Self-custody
ColdHarbor is non-custodial. You alone control your keys and recovery material. You are responsible for device security, safe storage of your recovery phrase, verifying payment destinations, and reviewing every transaction before signing. ColdHarbor cannot restore a lost phrase, reset a passcode, or reverse a broadcast transaction.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to use the beta with mainnet funds, circumvent relay authentication or rate limits, or use the software for unlawful activity. The relay serves a small, allowlisted set of requests and is not a general-purpose endpoint.
No financial advice
Product information is technical and educational. It is not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing here is a solicitation to buy or sell any asset.
No warranty
Beta software is provided "as is" for evaluation, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Do not rely on it for production custody or payment activity.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColdHarbor is not liable for any loss of funds, data, or opportunity arising from use of the beta, including loss caused by a forgotten passcode, a lost recovery phrase, or an incorrect payment destination.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the software evolves toward a public release. Continued use of the beta after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
